From Boston:

Take Storrow Drive west. Take the Fresh Pond exit, (just after Harvard Square) and stay right following signs for route 2, 3 and 16 until you are on Fresh Pond Parkway. Follow Fresh Pond Parkway (past Honda dealer) until you come to a rotary. Go three quarters around the rotary and go straight on Concord Avenue. Take the first exit at the next rotary and continue on Alewife Brook Parkway for 1/2 mile, until you take a right on 16. Make a left on Mass Ave which is the first light you come to. Continue on Mass Ave about 3 miles to Arlington Center and make a right on Mystic St or 3A. In about 400 ft take a slight left to stay on Mystic St or 3A and Harlow Scientific is located about ¼ mile on your right. The driveway entrance for parking is just past the building.

From Mass Pike:

Take exit 18 (towards Cambridge). Pay toll. At bottom of exit ramp on right, after 2nd light, move to the far left lane and take a left on to Storrow Drive (just before bridge). Take the Fresh Pond exit, (just after Harvard Square) and stay right following signs for route 2, 3 and 16 until you are on Fresh Pond Parkway. Follow Fresh Pond Parkway (past Honda dealer) until you come to a rotary. Go three quarters around the rotary and go straight on Concord Avenue. From 128 and Route 2:

Take exit 29 off 128 to 2 East. Take exit 59 on Rt 2 and make a left at the first light onto Pleasant St (Rt 60). Continue straight for about 1 mile and take a slight left to stay on Mystic St or Rt 3. Harlow Scientific is located about ¼ mile on your right. The driveway entrance for parking is just past the building.
