Description - The 3130XL Genetic Analyzers  can run a wide variety of sequencing and fragment analysis applications – including microsatellite analysis, AFLP, LOH, SNP validation, and SNP screening – as well as de novo sequencing and resequencing (mutational profiling).   Available data analysis software on the 3130XL’s: Sequencing Analysis Software v5.2; SeqScape® software v2.5; and GeneMapper v4.0.  This is a capillary electrophoresis system that is equipped with 16 capillaries and capable of running for twenty-four hours unattended.
